PoWa 7. The complete cell.

Revised chuck arrangement, controls, retained transfer and OGP programming.

Download engineering PDF
Chuck direction is a review proposal. Colin reported that the previous rotary direction was wrong. RFQ p.7 confirms a horizontal axis and flat face up, but does not establish the final mounting orientation. This revision places the chuck at the left, with insertion from the right. Site confirmation remains open.

Five-vane geometry study

Loading the saved audit…

The robot is an independent simplified PoWa 7 reconstruction. The published reach and payload are verified; the modeled link geometry and kinematics are provisional. The geometry screen is discrete and does not certify the real cell. Contact fits, moving dress pack, controller limits, dynamics and stopping distances remain open.

Audit scope and exclusions

INCLUDED AETEC WORK PACKAGE

Program the customer's measuring machine.

The scope includes creating or modifying the actual SmartScope Flash CNC 300 / Zone3 inspection programs, plus the ABB tending program and their interface.

  • All nine vane families, with exact part numbers and approved feature limits.
  • Airfoil and inner platform in Setup A; outer platform in Setup B, with datum and focus reacquisition.
  • Automatic recipe selection, start/busy/complete/fault handshakes, offline results and one full repeat after an out-of-limit result.
  • Machine correlation, recovery tests, source/configuration handover and customer access.

Executable Zone3/Q++ and ABB programs require the installed API/licences, machine calibration, sample parts and approved inspection recipes. The files below are design contracts and schedules.
