# Aetec / OGP programming work package - Rev 04

Scope includes creating or modifying the actual OGP SmartScope Flash CNC 300 / Zone3 inspection programs for all nine listed vane families, and the ABB PoWa 7 tending program. This package records requirements and the integration contract. It is not executable ABB RAPID or Zone3/Q++ code.

1. Back up and survey the installed system and licenses. Prove the external interface in a controlled test.
2. Obtain exact part numbers, current approved repair references, all sections/features, datum definitions, platform tolerances and master samples.
3. Create Setup A and B measurement routines, focus/datum reacquisition and rotary poses.
4. Bind the proposed messages in interface-contract.json to the installed supported API. Document signals, commands, errors, configuration and customer access.
5. Commission robot/PLC/safety logic, pressure states and retained handoffs.
6. Validate all 42 tray positions, all nine families, retries, interrupted-cycle recovery, repeat-loading measurement performance and offline reports.
7. Deliver source/configurations, backups, operator/maintenance training, spare list and RFQ two-year warranty documentation.

No recipe name, platform tolerance, IP address, pressure setpoint, wiring pinout or API call is assumed to be a customer-approved production value.
